Section 106 and Articles of Association

The Section 106 Planning Agreement (usually referred to as the S106) sets out the conditions under which SKDC gave Allison Homes (who became Kier Homes and subsequently Tilia Homes) planning permission for the development of Elsea Park.

The Articles of Association are the framework of rules under which The Trust operates.
