Welcome to the Elsea Park Community Trust Website
Elsea Park Community Trust (The Trust) is a resident led, not-for-profit organisation, which was established under a Section 106 (S.106) Planning Agreement. The obligations of The Trust are to manage, maintain and enhance the vast public open space and community facilities within Elsea Park.
The overarching objective of The Trust is to ensure that Elsea Park is a good place to live through the delivery of our Mission and Vision, and upholding our Values.
The purpose of our website is:
- To act as an information hub for owners of property on Elsea Park who are, by default, members of The Trust. Owners are obliged to pay a Yearly Payment, which
enables The Trust to fulfil its obligations of the S.106.
- To promote and advertise our Community Centre and Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP), both of which are owned and operated by The Trust.
