It was decided by residents at an AGM, several years ago, that there was no requirement for this service due to the limited size of the development and lack of uptake. The Board's intention was always to revisit this and prior to the pandemic we were just about to launch a trial of a service. Having had more time to consider our options, we'd like to ascertain the thoughts of residents.
The results of this survey will inform the action we takeand the type of service that is introduced. There would be no charge to use the service, but it would be funded through the Yearly Payment.
As the Trust is currently embarking upon a re-baselining process for the Yearly Payment, we need to ascertain if the cost of this service needs to be included and to what extent.
