Elsea Park - a sense of belonging
Elsea Park house styles reflect local building styles, and both local materials, and local labour will be used wherever possible. Although Elsea Park has its own amenities (it has its own recreation grounds, community hall and scope for suitable commercial activity) it has been designed to fit in with the larger community of Bourne. Existing schools will have facilities improved for the new intake of students. Cycle paths, and bus routes take people from their homes to the market town centre.
Bourne is an attractive town, combining well-preserved historic buildings with functional amenities for the local population. It still holds traditional markets as well as having an array of other shops, a park, play area and Leisure Complex.
